每到周末总是要找一点事情做做，骑行还是那么的吸引人，骑行人是一茬一茬的更新着。休闲的骑行总比在家里看电视的好。刚刚进骑行群的两姐妹小毛毛大毛毛，很是热心，这次骑行三都踏饼，她们在前一天就把各种“材料”送回家了。第二天早上8；30出发，经过两多小时的骑行，到她们的老家三都上庄村。中午跌饼喝土老酒，饼美味，老酒纯厚。下午3点半到家，还每人带了5个饼，一代土豆。这真是吃不了兜着走！
感谢毛毛一家人，忙来忙去的辛苦一天，给了我们度过了美好的周末。
早上在亿都大酒店门口集中出发，这些新老面孔还是要介绍下的
从左到右；东方，毛毛，小菜，三文，湖警滔，隔壁O居，万宝路，南方雨林，闲云野鹤，江岸。

踏饼的关键是控制好火候，万宝路烧火的功夫非常好

小毛毛在不断的包着饼

啃下去就是了
